Overview:
The technician will be responsible for accurately processing and issuing motor insurance policies while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and process motor insurance policies (Comprehensive, Third-Party, etc.).
- Verify client information, vehicle details, and documentation.
- Maintain and update policy records in the company’s database.
- Assist clients and brokers with policy-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait’s insurance laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Kuwaiti Nationals only.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in motor insurance policy issuance or underwriting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and insurance software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication (Arabic & English), customer service orientation, and ability to work under deadlines.
