In-Hospital / Cold Case
Adherent after attending physician visit who recommends in-hospital admission for a Medical or Surgical treatment must prepare and do the following:
- Get the Medical Report for Admission (MRA) proper to GlobeMed Lebanon filled, stamped and signed by the attending physician.
- Head to the provider admission office to set a date for the admission.

- If GlobeMed Lebanon has a representative office in the provider premises, Adherent head to this office with the MRA, Medical Insurance card , ID card and Mobile number which are to be provided to the delegate who will prepare for him his admission.
- If no GlobeMed Lebanon office available at the provider, Adherent must give the MRA as well as the Medical Insurance card, ID card and Mobile number to the admission office that will send the request to the claims center for processing.
- GlobeMed Lebanon delegates will provide the Hospital with the approval. And in case of rejection adherent will be contacted.
N.B.: If adherent has NSSF coverage, he should get the NSSF approval prior to admission and provide it to the provider.
In-Hospital / Hot Case
This is particular for admission In-Hospital via ER.
- Adherent should present his Medical Insurance Card as well as his ID Card. Provider will contact GlobeMed Lebanon for approval.
- Medical Report for Admission filled, stamped and signed by the attending physician should be provided later on by the provider.
NB: If adherent has NSSF coverage, he should get the NSSF approval and provide it to the provider.
ER Case
Adherent should present his Medical Insurance Card as well as his ID Card. Provider will contact GlobeMed Lebanon for approval.
